Alpha Psi chapter of Phi Delta Chi places third in the nation

From July 31 to August 3, Phi Delta Chi brothers from across the nation attended the 75th annual Grand Council in Charleston, South Carolina. This event recognized outstanding contributions to the school, the fraternity and the field of pharmacy. The Grand Council meeting also included a leadership development workshop hosted by the Pharmacy Leadership and Education Institute.

Established at Pacific in 1956, the Alpha Psi chapter has a legacy of excellence. This year, out of 86 active chapters nationwide, the Alpha Psi Chapter ranking third overall in the nation.

“I am immensely proud of our chapter for their hard work and accomplishments,” said Rachel Tang ’26. “It is through the unwavering dedication and efforts of our brothers that we have propelled to third in the nation. I am so grateful for the opportunity to highlight our brothers’ hard work to the nation and showcase Alpha Psi’s long history of achievements.”

Ashley Manisap ’24, PharmD was the author of the Publication, the chapter’s annual “yearbook” which serves to showcase the chapter’s achievements and events. “I share this proud moment with everyone because, without the support of my brothers, I couldn’t have imagined achieving second place in Publication,” said Dr. Manisap. “I’m so happy to have been able to make something for all of us to reminisce about our amazing year together.”

The Alpha Psi chapter’s achievement is a testament to their unwavering commitment to excellence in the areas of brotherhood, leadership, professionalism and service. As the brothers continue to promote their achievements and foster growth within the chapter, they set a powerful example for others to follow. The chapter looks forward to building on this success and contributing even more to the national organization and the communities they serve.
